| Time Commitment听

听Attendance at meetings in person or virtual:听
- Steering group x 4 per year鈥�听
- Others by agreement with Steering Group members with regard to Association Business.听听
- Regular and timely response to association related emails听
听
Time commitment varies (depending on time of year) but usually requires weekly commitment of no more than an hour a week.听
More to be expected if standing as Line Manager for the NEO.听 |
| Main purposes of role听

The Honorary Past President shall be responsible for听听
- supporting the role of President听
- supporting the President Elect in preparing for and understanding the requirements of the role of President听听
- facilitating the smooth transfer from President Elect to President through support and guidance听
- deputising for the President if necessary听
- liaising with members of SG, NEC and with the NEO听听
- continuing to work on key and strategic areas from tenure as President as required听

- Please note that as this is an elected post the holder is a fully participant member of the Steering Group and NEC.鈥��听
- The post holder may therefore be required to undertake additional duties as a member of SG and NEC.鈥��听
- These may include duties such as timely engagement with consultations, responses from SG or NEC, attendance at additional meetings and any other duties as required.鈥�听
