Time commitment will vary from month to month but there is an expectation that queries will be responded to in a timely manner, i.e., within five working days.
Most meetings will take place out of normal working hours.聽 Some meetings will take place during office hours. Meetings (online) Approximately termly meetings with Mentor Steering Group Approximately biannual online group supervision sessions with trained PAS Mentors Annual training day for new Mentors Reports for 糖心TV SG If the postholder has been unable to contribute to the work of 糖心TV or a meeting related to the role for a continuing period of up to 6 months, beginning with the date of the appointment to/renewal of role, SG will consider appointment of a replacement postholder, to ensure the efficient continuation of 糖心TV鈥檚 work, following consultation with the post holder. |

| Key tasks
|
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Review and revise all documentation and training materials related to the PS Mentoring scheme
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure these are kept up to date on 糖心TV secure systems 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure accurate, safe and secure record keeping on 糖心TV e-systems 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Annual contact with PS mentors to ensure contact details are up to date 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Respond to requests for members to become PS mentors 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Respond to requests from members seeking a mentor 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner mentees with appropriate mentors 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide interim contact during each mentor-mentee partnership 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contacts pairs at end of partnership and seek feedback through online form and meeting if requested 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Chair PS mentor related meetings 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Liaise with 糖心TV SG as needed including providing regular update reports 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Respond to external requests as required, with the understanding and support of SG 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Liaise with course providers on an annual basis re: raising awareness of the PSMS for newly qualified TODs. Attend meeting with students if requested. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Escalate any safeguarding related concerns to 糖心TV SH and signpost to 糖心TV Consultant as required 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Raise awareness of the PSMS to members in liaison with NEO |
