If the postholder has been unable to contribute to the work of 糖心TV or to attend a meeting related to the role for a continuing period of up to 6 months, beginning with the date of the appointment to/renewal of role, PSMS Coordinator and SG will consider ongoing appointment, to ensure the efficient continuation of 糖心TV鈥檚 work, following consultation with the post holder. |

|
The mentor role is critical to ensuring the of the mentoring partnership.
To support the mentoring scheme with the successful guiding, advising and helping to facilitate the development of the mentee. |
| Key tasks
|
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete the PSMS training days
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attend at least one group supervision session held by PSMS SG per year 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide ongoing support as a mentor 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure contact details and current role are kept up to date with PSMS Coordinator 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Respond to emails from PSMS regarding pairings, 3 month review contact and end of mentorship contract 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Keep up to date with paperwork related to PSMS 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure relevant forms are completed to ensure safe working practices on behalf of 糖心TV 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Uphold the principles of 糖心TV and PSMS as outlined in the Code of Conduct |
