Time commitment will vary from month to month but there is an expectation that queries will be responded to in a timely manner, i.e., within five working days.
Meetings (online) 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Quarterly reference group planning meetings 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ad hoc meetings with committee members etc as required 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other meetings by agreement with Steering Group members If the鈥痯ostholder鈥痟as been unable to contribute to the work of 糖心TV or to attend a meeting related to the role鈥痜or a continuous period of up to 6 months, beginning with the date of the appointment to/renewal of role, SG will consider appointment of a replacement postholder (following consultation with the post holder.)鈥燭his is to ensure the efficient continuation of 糖心TV鈥檚 work. |

2.聽聽聽聽 Provide ongoing information about SDCF resource development and mini meets to NEC and members as appropriate |

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead organisation of the SDCF
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a reference group committee 鈥� reviewing membership annually, to reflect the diversity of membership 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor and drive forward the SDCF resource with committee support 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Liaise with the Treasurer about financial considerations 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify areas of concern, provide support, amend plans as required 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a clear record of meetings and decisions taken and actions agreed 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Liaise with national treasurer to ensure effective budget聽 process is in place 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide regular updates as required to SG and NEC |
